Jack and Jill Politics: Barack Drops 3-Pointer In Kuwait

  • TruthSeeker · 1 year ago
I heard he did this twice. The thing that struck me was how many black people there are serving in Iraq.

truthSeeker: YEP! You know what I would like to see? The statistical breakdown - BY RACE/ETHNICITY/SUBGROUPS/RACIAL IDENTITIES[or however it's categorized:>) :>)] of service persons in IRAQ alone!!! Then some inferences may be able to be made! I'm just saying . . .

I would like to see a rank study of the reasons why they are there:
    Rank order the filing:

Its a job and I can't get one where I live
Its a job and I don't have the education for the job I would prefer
    Travel
    Patriotism
    Wanted to shoot people, legally
Free education (or perception of receiving a free education)
    Help with attaining citizenship.

I'm sure there are more reasons.

But then let's disaggregate the data collected by race and see what we get.

Yeah. What compels them to serve.

Jack: This is GREAT!!!! And his comments were very significant: "I may not make the first one" [A review of his biography reveals that he lost his first senatorial race.]; "But, I'll make one EVENTUALLY!" [You go 'head and make THIS race a SUCCESS, Mr. Obama!!!!]. BOO-YAH!!!! 3 POINTS!!! Yaaaaaaa!!
    Thank you for the post!

I think I read that Jack Cafferty had a hit and run sometime ago also. Is this a sign of the angry white man?

How about getting off the streets? This may sound cliche, but it's still more deadly out here than it is over there. Let's face: this war is not noble, however neither is dying on the corner of such & such due to a stray bullet. Young men are walking around my neighborhood without jobs going from house to house smoking weed & playing Madden. For some who aspire to get out of the cycle of destruction, it's better to acquire discipline, a pension, travel, lodging, etc. then take a chance at McDonald's with X number of distractions waiting for you when you get home. The recruiters know this and play on it. I don't agree with their tactics, but I can't argue with the logic. There is no structure out here in these streets or school systems for that matter.

I know that Barack loves basketball, but it seems like everytime I've seen him lately he's on the court. I understand that he's trying to appeal to younger audiences and what not, but I'm more interested in seeing him debate than shoot 3s. But as far as the back drop, it's definitely well executed. In general, Barack does a much better job in picking his audience back drop than does McCain.

When was the last time you saw him on the basketball court?
