Afternoon Open Thread
As far as I am concerned, Bill Clinton can sit down for the duration of this campaign.
Until Bill takes a good look at himself in the mirror and takes responsibility for the race baiting and dogwhistling, I believe he'll always have a grudge for Obama.
Plus, Barack & Michelle 2008 = Bill & Hillary 1992. Bill pretty much got beaten by a darker version of himself.
And ironically, if Hillary had waltzed her ass back to Illinois, where she is originally from, and run for the Senate from there, we wouldn't be talking about Barack Obama today.
I actually think Hillary will take responsibility for her role in the race baiting long before Bill ever will.
Of course, Obama tried to explain himself afterwards but I think Bubba is still feeling slighted.
Barack knows what Bill did too.
Boomerang is a bitch.
Obama needs to tell Billy Jeff what he told Rep Watson: get over it!
His whiteness is showing as Tim Wise would say.
I'm convinced he REALLY thinks he's Black or was...
ROFL
He's like so... oppressed.
Both Bill & Barack are charismatic and confident, while both Hillary & Michelle are strong women with their own minds and not afraid to speak on it.
Bill himself knew Barack was one to watch out for -- he said it himself a few years ago.
Bill got beat by a darker version of himself, is all. Bill should have asked himself, "How would I have beat myself in 1992?" and applied that to Barack Obama instead of the race baiting and dogwhistling which left him more red in the face than he usually is.
That is so funny. He probably is experiencing the feelings of rejection. Too bad, so am I.
Bill and Hill weren't fresh; Bill was really used and I don't think there's any comparison between the couples other than the fact that they are Democrats.
on blast" for it!
Barack Hussein Obama has picked up the endorsement of former President Bill Clinton. Given the help that Bill gave Hillary's campaign, can this be good for the Obama camp, as he tosses the Muslim community under the bus while stopping to pick up Bill?
