****WHEN THE US INNOCENT WERE ABANDONED BY THE GUILTY ****
The prison experts have reported that there are 100,000 innocent Americans currently being falsely imprisoned along with the 2,300,000 total US prison population nationwide.
Since our US Congress has never afforded poor prison inmates federal appeal legal counsel for their federal retrials,they have effectively closed the doors on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens ever being capable of possibly exonerating themselves to regain their freedom through being granted new retrials.

This same exact unjust situation was happening in our Southern States when poor and mostly uneducated Black Americans were being falsely imprisoned for endless decades without the needed educational skills to properly submit their own written federal trial appeals.

This devious and deceptive judicial process of making our poor and innocent prison inmates formulate and write their own federal appeal legal cases for possible retrials on their state criminal cases,is still in effect today even though everyone in our US judicial system knows that without proper legal representation, these tens of thousands of innocent prison inmates will be denied their rightful opportunities of ever being granted new trials from our federal appeal judges!!

Sadly, the true US *legal* Federal Appeal situation that occurs when any of our uneducated American prison inmates are forced to attempt to submit their own written Federal Appeals (from our prisons nationwide) without the assistance of proper legal counsel, is that they all are in reality being denied their legitimate rights for Habeas Corpus and will win any future Supreme Court Case concerning this injustice!

For our judicial system and our US Congressional Leaders Of The Free World to continue to pretend that this is a real and fair opportunity for our American Middle Class and Working Poor Citizens, only delays the very needed future change of Federal Financing of all these Federal appeals becoming a normal formula of Our American judicial system.

It was not so very long ago that Public Defenders became a Reality in this country.Prior that legal reality taking place, their were also some who thought giving anyone charged with a crime a free lawyer was a waste of taxpayers $$.

This FACADE and HORROR of our Federal Appeal proce$$ is not worthy of the Greatest Country In The World!

I wanted Wes Clark. He gives Obama the same foreign policy/nat'l security cred that Biden does, but without the baggage. Obama/Clark would've gotten me psyched in November. But Joe Biden? To quote McCain: "That's not change we can believe in."

I wanted the "Cowboy Governor of Montana," Brian Schweitzer, as well, but I see the wisdom of picking Biden. And, frankly, it works out fine for Schweitzer, since Biden will be too old to succeed Obama in 8 years, leaving the door wide open. Hey, maybe Biden can retire after serving one term as VP, and Obama can pick Schweitzer for the second term! Hey, I can dream, can't I?

And, as far as Richardson is concerned, methinks he's bound for the Cabinet-- SecState, perhaps?

Well wait! I know a lot of white women who are voting Obama! America needs to wake up, and taking the safe way out of the woods is not always the best.

If it helps him win those white americans who think the same thing, how is that a negative? I think Biden is more of a straight shooter and more honest than McCain. Biden will score well with those older white americans, especially white women, who are nervous about voting for Obama.

I think Biden serves one term. Meanwhile Sebelius is a Cabinet Appointee (she's done with governorship this fall). Obama-Sebeluis in 2012. Sebelius-Warner 2016...

But, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Obama has the "Kerry States" but still needs a few more electoral votes. He's tied/leading in IA, VA, MT, NV, NM, CO, AK...I predict a landslide 300+ EVs. But it will take grassroots focus on key states.

I am cool with JoBama. I think Biden will do his pit bull job well and perhaps assuage the lingering anxieties that some caucasians and others have about Obama. I could tell that Chris Matthews was thrilled about Biden. Matthews is just the type of guy that Obama needs to win this election in November.

First Choice: Richardson. Took me months for people to convince me that America wasn't ready for a Black/Brown ticket. And just when I gave it up, Richardson came out and endorsed Obama and weathered the ' Judas' storm against him and made me want him all over again. I had electoral college fantasies about Obama/Richardson. Basically, I saw the Western USA, and Texas turn blue with Richardson.

Once I gave up Richardson, then I wanted Webb. He could talk to White folks in Appalachia. Would have been a bulldog. He would not have been controllable, but he would have kicked ass all over this country dogging McAncient and the GOP.

After Webb, I wanted the Cowboy Governor of Montana. Smart, businessman, populist...he has a 70% rating in MONTANA AS A DEMOCRAT. And, he spoke Arabic. That whole reconfiguration of the electoral map thing with the Mountain and Plains States.

If it had to be a woman, I wanted Sebelius.

While I concede the point that an affirmative vote is required for this ticket, I must stress that we'll get next to nothing progressive out of these two unless we go back to our roots and engage in movement politics. Working the grassroots for Obama is great, but the campaign itself is not a social movement.
