Hmmm. Many a black men have been lynched for lesser aggression towards white women...aggression of a look in the eye was historically a death sentence for black men in America. We are not that far removed from the drag lynching of James Byrd more recently to the traditional lynching of my uncle in the mid 80's. She he get aggressive with the white damsel in distress... let me know how that works out because that is the exact bait she has been tossing day one.

Cyndi, Obama can't attack. He's already feared. Imagine if he metaphorically cut her throat and it would be easy to metaphorically cut her throat.

He'd have no chance of beating McCain in the general election. No chance at all.

Let's face it people, it's going to take a miracle for him to take the Oath of Office next year.

Thank you for that last post. Noting the fact that he is still winning, however, I feel like her "everything but the kitchen sink" method has knocked us in the head.

Hillary Clinton has the Democratic party machine at her disposal. Save a miracle, Obama can't win a state with a closed Democratic primary. The machine is too powerful.

If she finishes within 100 pledged delegates, she will win the nomination.

The math simply won't matter.

Some people are going off into the deep end and I find it rather sad. He is AHEAD with delegates. WTH is wrong with everyone? People acting as if he lost the entire thing. Why not write the end speech for him? God, people loss one freaking day and already singling defeat. "He will be her VP"

My problem with tonight is that voters in Ohio (especially) and Texas told us that fear and negativity still trump hope and positivity.

Hillary will take that, run with it, and turn this into the nastiest campaign in my lifetime.

I can already feel the balloon deflating.

This isn't going to turn out good for the country.

Many of us will crawl back under our rocks of apathy and disillusionment our country will suffer another stretch of dread and divisiveness and the world will continue to hate us.

If Obama is going to hold on, he will have to continue to drive home his new message "The world is watching" and restoring pride in being American.

If you find yourself in a debate with a Clinton supporter. If you find yourself disoriented because of all of the Clinton spin. Just stop . . . take a deep breath . . . and ask . . .

WHAT ABOUT THE MATH?

It's as simple as that folks. Ask that question and DEMAND that they give you a plausible game plan wherein Hillary can comeback and take the delegate lead without:

1. Seating the MI and FL delegates after the DNC specifically said that they would not count; and

2. Using super delegates to reverse the will of the people.

If they can't do that, then DEMAND that they tell you EXACTLY why Hillary Clinton should stay in the race knowing that every attack she makes from here forward will do no more than add ammunition for the Republican party.

Beware! You will be called a "hater." You will be called arrogant. Don't be swayed. At the end of the theatrics and philosophical talk about "swing states," and "big states," just ask, "WHAT ABOUT THE MATH?"

And if someone should create some outlandish (although mathematically possible) scenario. Get it in writing. Send it to every news outlet you know. And DEMAND that the media hold her to that standard!

Stop moving the goal posts!

Remember when both were asked about being on a dream ticket during one of the debates? Well, the next day, Obama stated that if Hillary was to be the nominee---she may not get his voters but he may get hers if he was to become the nominee! Doesn't sound like a VP candidate to me!!

I'm not voting for her no matter what. If she swift-boats Obama I'm hoping Nader will be on enough ballots and he'll get my vote. I'm watching her speech right now and she is slick. And I can't help but notice her supporters chanting yes we can. Obama needs to get tough now or he's going down.

Jonathan Alter and many other journalists have written that no matter if Billary "wins" all the remaining contests she still loses. The delegate math wont work for her. I believe she will try to seat the MI/FL delegates.

I think she's staying in to help McCain. After the Democrat convention - especially with the delegate fighting - the Billary will do everything to make Obama lose.

Becoming President is a fight from day one. The attacks wont stop (until he leaves office), so they have to be instantly refuted.

BTW, Rita....Did you know that CTV report that first reported about Obama and Canada also said Clinton's campaign people met with the Canadian govn't to calm them down?
