But all of this Clinton race-baiting isn't about national security or weighty domestic policy. It's just talk; talk whose purpose is to rile up Black supporters of Obama, while simultaneously turning off White voters who are either uncommitted or uninitiated in the sphere of race.

So in this instance, Obama is doing exactly what it is he needs to do. He's demonstrating that an all-out throw-down over every racial comment that's made to or about him, is not only counter-productive, but that won't be so easily distracted by it ... which is probably the criticsm you'd be leveling had he responded in the fashion you desire.

Not even that serious.

What he's not doing is showing that he has the ability to tackle a problem, rather than just talking his way through or out of it. I'm almost convinced that if 9/11 had happened on Obama's watch, we'd still be "negotiating" with the Taliban.

It's not about him being "acting black," "being a nigger," or anything like that.

What it's about is that sometimes a president has to put his foot down and say that the talking's over; if you want to come at me, I'm going to come right back at you.

Policy beefs aside...another reason I don't like Obama is because he seems to have no "fight" in him. I see how slugging it out all the time would be detrimental, but a president has to have the ability to put his foot down and say he's not taking anyone else's shit. Obama hasn't showed that.
