    I don't know how people can hear him speak and not be moved by his insight, intellect, vision.


    Greenwood, Arkansas, late last night. I'm at an auction, chatting with an auction buddy, someone I see there regularly.



    We discuss the campaign. He didn't vote in the primary. Likes none of them, says Obama's a Muslim. Went to a madrassa. Once a Muslim, always a Muslim and all Muslims, everywhere, want to kill Christians. All of them.



    Sometimes I feel so fucking hopeless I can hardly stand it. He has to win this thing. Has to.

    I am amazed at the ignorance.


    I am amazed at the people who repeat what they've heard from another uniformed person or what they've heard from a skewed news cast.



    I am amazed at how people refuse to help themselves.
