  • Good post! While I'm on the watch for a different "excuse", just wanted to say that I have sign the petition. Earlier I wrote to E.D. Hill to complain about her "terrorist fist jab" comment. Hope that my e-mail, along with thousands of others, contributed to her show's demise. That's the strategy that must be used against FAUX SPEWS!

  • The whole ' misinterpretation of the English language' one is the one that just makes me stare with the arched eyebrow.
  • You know I think a surgical strike is necessary. Beef up the FCC and start pulling the plug. Well heavy sanctions and souring all brand names associated with the products advertised during these segments. Clinton helped put it into play but Bush had all these years let his cronies run amuck. I used to watch Bill O'Reilly in 2000 and I don't remember him being the ass he is now. Don't leave weeds unattended and they won't grow.
  • How about: "I MIS-SPOKE!" Then the media reports a "gaffe"/a misstatement".
  • One correction - Allen's object of ridicule S.R. Sidarth is an Indian-American, not of Middle Eastern descent.
