Of course, this ruins Webb in my eyes. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good thing the Obama campaign is vetting these people. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It might be nice to have a running mate with "military credentials" to neutralize Republican smears.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Unfortunately, I don't like Wesley Clark, and he's already run for President.  I can't think of a good military running mate right now. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I like Hagel, but I don't know much about him.  He's a Republican, and I'm not sure what his positions of various issues are.
