We been covering Sean Bell's case over at Highbrid Nation from the start and when I read today that the police officers were aquitted I was in serious disbelief. An unarmed man was shot 50 times and the people who did it are not responsible at all!? That's crazy.

You have to remember that although they'll do no jail time, they will get hit HARD by the civil suit. Not to mention that those three guys will never be cops again (well, most likely not). So, essentially, their lives are pretty much ruined.

There's some justice in that.

Two of the three cops that were acquitted (the third was white and shot 6 bullets) were black hard working family men doing a very difficult job in a very tough neighborhood and Mr. Bell drove there car right at one of them after leaving a strip club and having a shoving match and one of his friends screaming get me my gun. Although I pray for Mr. Bell's family these officers were doing their best under the circumstances so I don't know what "just-us" justice system your talking about!
